The board disappears for weeks at a time

I've gotten nothing but a server error for the past 3 weeks or so. It's pretty much impossible for any conversations to really flourish under these conditions. Just saying that simply fixing the downtime would go a long ways toward giving the forum a fighting chance of survival.
